I ordered a Verizon Fios home internet service last month for activation date on 2/16/2025 and it was stated that I can activate any time before that. On 2/13/2025 I spoke to Verizon since was unable to get internet connection on the router I picked up from the Verizon store. I asked to move my activation date to 2/14/2025 and was told support was unable to move the activation date and that it shouldn't matter when the activation date is and was directed to go to https://activate.verizon.com to activate my accouunt . I have attempted to use the self-online activation at https://activate.verizon.com multiple times however this prompts me to register a new account if I enter in the order information, then states that I already have an account and should login to my verizon.
I am unable to see anything about my ordered service in myverizon on the website or app, receiving various errors stating my order is processing and unable to be shown.
After several hours of support, nobody was able to help me. I was moved back and forth between tech support and customer service told to wait until 8/15/2024 and my service should work, I have little confidence in that, I'm not even able to see the service in my profile.
