So, my account has been locked awhile, due to me forgetting my PIN. Not that important, so I ignored it, until I was trying to get a new data plan. I called the customer support number. Was able to use the automated customer support phone call to get to the automated digital assistant to reset my PIN. It said sure thing, as long as I enter the temporary 4 digit PIN that would be texted to me. I received a 6 digit verification number. I called the automated support line again, and stayed on the line this time, instead of using the digital assistant. I was able to finally reset my PIN. But my account is still locked.
After calling the customer support number a dozen times or so, I was unable to navigate to any option of use, or any option that led me to an actual human agent. Suffice to say, my account remains locked, as it seems easier to just switch providers at this point than to regain access to my own account. If anyone is capable of directing me to maybe a secret support number I don't know about? I'd really appreciate it.
