My family swapped over from Xfinity to Verizon just two months ago.
After speaking with a representative to get a quote, I was given a price that I was very happy with.
I asked that same representative over and over again to confirm that the quote I was given will be valid and honored. They said yes, I will be guaranteed that price when I switch over.
After two months with Verizon, my bill has gone up after Verizon failing to honor the original quote MULTIPLE reps promised would be my monthly bill. Each time I spoke to a rep about this, every single one of them either refused to look at the email receipt literally stating the quote I was given or came up with some reason why they cannot enforce the original price.
I feel like I've been lied to every single time I try to get help.
