We have 2 lines with VZW. Both were activated on the same day. VZW CS has absolutely NO IDEA what I'm even asking. Even supervisors have absolutely no idea. They consistently avoid my question & instead insist I have no other option than to pay off the phone in its entirety before upgrading.
Line 1 cannot upgrade unless the device is completely paid off.
Line 2, which was activated at the same time, is given the option to pay $x.xx and return the device to upgrade.
Why does one line have this option but the other doesn't?
It states for line 1 to either pay it off completely or wait until November 2026 (which is when it will be paid off) to upgrade.
We were with ATT for YEARS and not once did we have to wait 3 years to upgrade or pay off the device 100% to upgrade. We were always given the option to pay about half way, return the device, & upgrade. Any help is appreciated. TIAT!
