$500+ bills every month with promises that weren't held up, charged for a number change that was recommend by VERIZON. I've had to call each month about my bill, which was CONFIRMED to be wrong each time but since I was told I could move my bill on my first month by someone in store, my lines got disconnected because apparently you can’t move your bill on your first month… they said they’d waive it for me and now two months later I have to pay 140$ in reconnection fees. EVEN RECONNECTION FEES ON THE NUMBER WE COULDNT USE PLUS A reconnection fee on THE NEW NUMBER THAT replaced the one THAT WAS NOT WORKING AND NO LONG HAVE. I’ve only been here 3 months. Every month they tell me my bill will be “this “ much next month and it isn’t ever. If one representative tells or promises you something, the next one won’t honor it. Also, apparently the store location I went to traded in ONE of my trade ins incorrectly and it popes up on my bill as me buying it from them.
you’d think after all these problems, they would just throw me a bone and help me out but I was told there was nothing they could do. 🤷🏾
