After 20+ yrs of on time payments with Verizon, I'm now receiving Collection notices. I ported out of Verizon in early December and was immediately locked out of Online Access. As of today, 2/16/25, I have not received a final bill. I have 3 documented calls to Customer Service (December, January and February) requesting a final bill/accounting of what I owe. I'm told they are unable to email a final bill but all 3 CSRs promised to send one via snail mail to my address on record. Despite their assurances and a confirmed address, the only contact received has been via email from a collection agency. Adding "insult to injury", the total amount owed continues to increase with each passing month. Verizon wants to be paid and I want to pay, but I will not blindly pay a balance without reviewing the final bill. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.
