When I first got the service everything worked perfectly. Fast forward about a year later and now have issues with very bad latency spikes. It happened after several outages. And now speeds are also lower. Gaming used to have no lag and now it’s just unplayable. Speeds were over 300 instantly when running a speed test. Now it’s just 60-150. Sometimes it hits 200 but rarely. Been back n forth with customer support for over a month now and no resolution. Got a new internet box same issue. Box is in the same location it has always been. Now the “network team” basically tells me im out of luck. There is nothing they can do. Keep telling me to move my box to a different location. I have and still same results. Just don’t understand why its not working the way it used to. Anybody else have the same issue? And what have you done to fix it? Thank you.
