Customer service representatives

I have had multiple issues with Verizon for the last 6 months. I have been hung up on multiple times, transferred mid sentence, and the most recent told “good luck” when I said I would be taking this further. Verizon is always ripping on its loyal customers and the representatives are incompetent and refuse to help when you call in.
