Payment Error

Hi. When i first made my account, i was able to add a bank account and pay my bills that way, all of a sudden my bank was removed and now im getting a message telling me, “

• Your account is restricted from using bank account payment methods.

You cannot remove or edit saved payment methods marked 'INELIGIBLE for use'. You are only eligible to use credit or debit card payment methods”.

I don’t know why and i can’t seem to find any answers on to why i’m no longer able to use my bank as a payment method. I would absolutely love the $40 off and auto pay.
