Has anyone else had an issue with Verizon doing a hard credit check and then claiming the fraud department can't verify identity despite all proper documentation provided? It appears they have a prejudice against folks that have any type of imperfect credit - even though there's no credit score requirement mentioned going in. I would love to file complaints with the BBB, etc, if anyone else has ideas for where we can raise this issue.
Also, Farrah, a supervisor in the fraud department, is legitimately terrible.
