There isn't an option to add gift cards on the mobile app or the website.
Please tell me how to add my gift card to my account.

I don't know if you can directly add a gift card to your My Verizon account, because such cards are considered one time use things. If you have autopay set up currently, my suggestion would be to turn off the autopay, then use one of the "pay my bill" methods as outlined on Verizon's website to use the gift card to pay your bill until the gift card is depleted. Then go back into your account and reenable the autopay using whatever usual payment method you have saved in your account.
If you are prepaid, try loading the gift card balance into your account via the add funds link. You might have to delete whatever your current payment method is before it works?
