I had Verizon in the past and ended up leaving because Verizon kept giving me issues I switched back because Verizon has the best coverage in my area and I had auto pay set up and I changed the card and Verizon tried to charge my old card and the payment came back returned and now I can’t finance a phone and I can’t get a straight answer to why some representatives are telling me to go into a store. Some representatives are telling me I can’t even finance a phone. Which is unfair to me because I followed the procedure to update my auto pay and the system still tried to take it out of an old debit card if I can’t get this issue resolved then I’m gonna end up switching to AT&T and writing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable and not fair to me
