I just wanted to leave a review of my service today for those who want to know the good, the bad and the ugly.
The call took over 1.5 hours which was very stressful. Mind you, the second representative I talked to was worth the wait. I called about a phone line I had been switched to which, I was told would lower my bill and I would have the same coverage and same perks. That was incorrect though. I had lost many things like my hotspot, my music, my cloud etc. So, when I called to explain my frustration with misinformation and that I needed to edit the plan the first woman on the phone repeated herself multiple times, tried to explain to me that my plan did or did not have what I was clearly looking right at on my account and then proceeded to tell me that she was wrong, and then tried to offer me promotions for coverage of things that were not even Verizon devices. Mind you, I was trying to SAVE money not spend more. When she transferred me though to the next representative who was "Clyde", he did the work!! Let me tell you, he explained everything to me and what was going to be included or missing. He told me what each plan option would cost and what would come with it. He looked for extra discounts for me and for my trouble, even made sure to give me an extra discount this month on my bill. It may be a one time thing but hey, saving counts. It was appreciated to have someone actually try to help and listen finally. The problem is that, with this company, there are so many inconsistencies. You never know how the call is going to go. But... atleast there is hope sometimes. Now, as for cost, its just ridiculous now a days but I can not change that much.
