I have 3 locked managed networks on my phone that appeared about a month after I bought my new phone. I have been trying to figure out how to remove them for over a year now to no avail. I am curious, if I pay off my phone, I should have full rights/access to my phone correct? My understanding is that nothing should be locked down once you fully own your phone. At that point, shouldn't I be able to remove these?
