I signed up for Verizon Wireless Home 5G internet as part of a promotion that offered a 10 year price guarantee for 10 years. Recently, I received a bill showing that my internet bill is going up. I spent so much time trying to resolve this issue and have been told by the last rep I spoke to that it has been fixed, but she didn't have anything she could send me for my records to indicate that the initial $25.00 price guarantee for 10 years would be honored. This makes m think that in two more years, I might have to go through this all over again. I would like to have some sort of confirmation from Verizon that this initial price will be honored, but I am having difficulty getting it. Anyone else having this issue?
