This is totally the most awful mobile phone service….I have had 2 different problems with Verizon this month and it seems that NO ONE is trained properly on how to handle ANYTHING….all they do is pass it off … meanwhile I still am experiencing the problem ….WOW …nothing has been solved …I am highly stressed when I have to even explain to these untrained individuals…thru no fault of their own I assume because EVERYONE is lost at some point is my experience here!!! Just a. Awful company and I would not advise anyone to sign up for this mess
