I’m posting this today because I feel incredibly disappointed and let down by the assistance I’ve received from your customer service team as well as in store customer service. After recently dealing with a death in my family, I had hoped for understanding and support in resolving this matter quickly. Instead I feel that I was misled during my interactions with your customer service team, and the response has been frustrating and unhelpful. If you say recordings are being taken of phone calls my situation should have been looked into further. This is making me think twice about keeping my Verizon service as I have been a customer for a very long time.
