We're redeveloping a 71 acre residential property in Reading, PA with 4 single family homes to industrial with 2 large warehouse/distribution buildings. The current owner provided Verizon with an "aerial grant" to run their lines on their property. They're actually on the power company's poles. We're coordinating the demolition of the power lines and poles with MetEd, but need Verizon to coordinate the removal of their lines, as well. The lines will no longer be servicing any homes or businesses as the residents will vacate after closing and lines don't serve anyone off of our property.
