Sadly I live in the country so my options are only between ATT & VERIZON and I chose the better between the two but I’m seriously thinking about canceling for good and just waiting till I move to get WiFi. It’s always buffering, always going out randomly, speeds are slow and unreliable! I think this modem only worked efficiently for one month and that wa the second month of having it! The first month was horrendous, the second was good so I was like “hmm maybe” after the second month still PURE Sugar Honey Iced Tea! I regret switching to this carrier as well at for my cellular services. Customer service quite literally never know what they’re talking about and their accents are extremely thick to where is dang near inaudible or very hard to understand them. I’m just not happy at all
