I’m trying to receive my final bill. I have no access to my Verizon app since i disconnected service. The disconnected login link doesn’t work. I’ve been told they will mail my final bill, haven’t received it yet and I’m probably never gonna receive it according to other forums. I have a month to claim a payoff and early termination fee gift card from AT&T as a promo for switching carriers. I can not afford to pay this myself. I can’t get my bill from a Verizon store. I have to upload this document and i have no idea how to go about this.
