I have an S22, after months of getting promos to upgrade, I decided to upgrade to an S25 Ultra. So I went for it on 2/16 and was given the option for 2/17 delivery. Ok cool. 2/17 came around, apparently they now have a Pro on the Go option, where a tech delivers it and sets it up, umm ok, but got a message they're running late and it's reschedule for 2/18 8-10pm. 2/18 came and went, 2/19 I reached out to Verizon and no one at VZW had a clue. Apparently they use Asuriy for Pro on the Go. I called Asurian, they told me the message must have been fake. Turns out no one there knows anything either and said it should be delivered on the 17th, um it's 2/19 now guys.
Since then I've gotten no word from anyone, no phone yet, status still says 2/17 delivery.
I've called, messaged and chatted with both companies every day and have yet to get an answer as to where my phone is. Now it's the end of the month and I'm supposed to return my current phone to Verizon as a trade in.
Last night I started a chat with support, kept asking me the same questions over and over again, then nothing, then get passed into someone else, same questions, nothing, passed around and after 3 hours just silence.
At this point I don't know what to do, or who to call. The excitement of a new phone has been squashed. I'm now frustrated and angry.
I've been with VZW since the Motorola Chocolate phone but I'm basically done. This is the worst experience I've had with anything I've purchased.
