I was sent to prison right after signing a contract. I was not able to contact Verizon directly. I had several attempts of connecting via other people but to no avail. It was sent to collections and I am desperately trying to repair my credit as well as would enjoy Verizon service again.
Please tell me there is something I can do to rectify this situation.
