I switched to Verizon on the 19th of February 2025 buying online due to the incentive that Verizon offered of a $200 to purchase accessories...or so I thought. I bought and paid for the phone online. Went and picked the phone up at a local store. I didn't get any help from Verizon even though I checked the little box to get help when I went to pick it up. This was the beginning of days of chaos switching from my other provider to Verizon. I assumed once I got my account set up the $200 offer would be addressed somewhere on my account. Well, it's not. I would have never bought online if getting the $200 to spend on accessories wasn't part of the deal. So disappointed.
