I had approximately 1.4GB of Add On high speed internet left on my Simple Mobile/Verizon account when I added 2GB (5$ add on) more and instead of having 3.4GB available I had 2. 00GB straight!? I wish I have never tried getting the issue resolved because I haven't, after hours on hold, chatting and speaking to Simple Mobile/Verizon Agents which, to be honest, didn't know even what they were reading!! I went through 5 clumsy (generous depiction) attempts of solving the problem, last of wich was, appropriately, tragi-comicall spin on Bistromatic (mathematics of a bar tab) .Anyhow , if I'm to stay with Verizon/Simple Mobile after this I will avoid geting myself into even most elementary problems, such as getting what I payed for. This one was over the top. How can this smallest of problems be that big of an unsolvable issue??? I wasted several hours not getting it trough my head that people can't deal with Simple adding or reading. Just... I am the fool... without a buck to throw...
