Traded in an iPhone from AT&T. Attempted to port the phone number to new Verizon iPhone several times and various other tricks over the last 5 days. The device can't receive inbound calls or group SMS. This has caused my partner to not be able to conduct business. We've talked to no less than 4 people in the port department and spent over 12 hours with tech support. We continue to get gas lit every step of the way. They tell us that we just need to wait a few hours. Over and over again. Are you kidding? Garbage custome service and poorly trained representatives. And absolutely no credit issued for not being able to use the new phone over the last week. Finally 1 port tech uses her magic button to force the activation through. After 6 days! Complete garbage. Try starting with the magic button you script following robots. SUPERVISOR!!!
