On Saturday February 22nd my iPhone (conveniently 3 months out of the 1 year warranty. period) decided it was done working. I called Verizon business to file and insurance claim and was told that I would be charges $14.99 and that the new phone would be here on Sunday February 23rd and I received a tracking number via email. That was the first lie I was told. On February 23rd I called and was told by a representative that they don't even ship phone on Saturday and that the phone would be here on Monday February 24th/Tuesday February 25th. That was another lie. On Tuesday Wednesday 26th I called because there had been no activity on tracking and was told that the phone had been shipped via standard shipping and would arrive within 3-5 business days of ordering eventhough at this point there was still not activity on tracking. I waited until Friday February 28th and called again because there was still NO ACTIVITY on tracking. I was then told that I had been lied to yet again and given a new tracking number then told that my order would arrive by Monday March 3rd. At least this time the tracking showed "Your item departed our USPS facility in DENVER CO DISTRIBUTION CENTER on March 3, 2025 at 9:17 am." It is Tuesday March 4th. I live in Las Vegas and now the tracking showes "Your item departed our USPS facility in DENVER CO DISTRIBUTION CENTER on March 4, 2025 at 4:45 am." This is unacceptable. This is a phone needed for my business and Verizon is playing around instead of providing the services I pay for.
