We are at our wits end trying to have our office switched from Spectrum to Fios for the last 2 years now. The FCC broadband map shows that all surrounding addresses are Fios eligible for the past 2 years, while our address does not. The other building that our landlord owns that shares a utility pole & parking lot with our building does, but ours does not. We are located on the corner and all other adjacent corner properties are eligible. I believe this is an error somewhere that has excluded our address but when I submitted a FAST ticket (#*****) last week and hearing nothing I called to check for an update only to be told engineering was stating our address is ineligible, and the ticket has been postponed. We are tired of waiting for someone to fix the issue in the database and have offered to pay for a dig for the fiber to be tapped from the landlords adjacent property and it all seems to fall on deaf ears. I have never tried harder to pay a company money for service in my life. I hope that someone from Verizon can step in and help sort out this, what appears to be, obvious oversight.
