I shipped equipment back to Verizon on Feb 6 2025. Ups shows it being delivered on Feb 7, 2025, at 2:59 pm to RETURN_PROCESSING_CENTER_ADD VERIZON WIRELESS, 45 MISSION R WHITELAND IN 46184-
I used the shipping label that was provided to me by Verizon.
I have called numerous times and provided the tracking number each time.
Today I received an email that Verizon is charging me for unreturned equipment.
I’m tired of getting the runaround from verizon support.
