I have been calling into Verizon for 3 weeks. I have called in 6-7 times...transferred, transferred, calls dropped, and 3 managers said they would call me back. It has been Radio Silence. I noticed significant errors on our billing account and can not get anywhere by calling in, I have wasted so much time. I would appreciate a link or phone number to get to someone who can solve my problems. I am sick of it taking 45 minutes to get a manager and then they don't call back. HELP
