Hello,
I ordered HomePod mini at Verizon in mid of September 2024. Unfortunately my wife didn’t like it and I did return within 30 days window using UPS label provided by Verizon.
Due to some reason status of return was not updating at all saying that return was initiated, return label was provided, but nothing that item was successfully returned to depot in Indiana.
Tracking directly at UPS had details about return and proof of delivery back to Verizon.
After some time, Verizon cancelled my return request saying that item was not returned despite that fact that carrier UPS says, that item actually was returned back.
Now I don’t have item, and don’t have money I paid for it refunded.
Several attempts to contact Verizon were unsuccessful. Once I chatted for 45 minutes and lady on other side just stopped to chat.
Does anyone have any recommendation how to deal with this?
