Gift card invalid

Hello, I bought two gift cards with each having $200. One worked but the other one says invalid. Could you help activate the second one please. I'm seeing other people got it to fixed with a link?

It's possible the 2nd card is a prepaid refill card which will only work on prepaid accounts, or it is one for Verizon Visible or Total by Verizon (now Total Wireless). If it turns out to be one of these situations, you need to get a refund. I read in another thread that after a lot of wrangling, someone managed to reach a representative who figured it out, but if you bought the card at a retail store, might be easier if you asked the retailer if they can refund you.
