A Verizon utility truck was working on the FIOS Box on the telephone pole in front of my home. The Verizon Tech who was driving the truck pulled up onto the sidewalk and damaged my retaining wall (see photos). Two neighbors have confirmed that they saw the individual cleaning up the mess prior to leaving. I would appreciate it if a Verizon Representative would reach out to me to discuss the situation.
