I have in writing from my salesman that my bill was to be a certain amount. I had them do this because Verizon is notorious for playing these billing games. My bill was $60 more. Every month I call him. They say it’s fixed. It’s been four months now . They never credit me the full amount. Every month I’ve paid more than they said. I’ve been with Verizon forever. I’m seeing what everyone is complaining about and I’m about ready to leave myself. I want to speak with a regional manager or someone actually in charge.
