I started the porting process on Thursday, 3/6/2024 when I got a new phone with Verizon. However, the porting process is still incomplete. I've checked the status online, but it hasn't changed since Thursday. The instructions say to restart the device to complete the porting process, but that hasn't worked.
I've called customer care multiple times, but they keep telling me to wait without providing any solutions. I'm extremely frustrated with Verizon's customer care and their inability to resolve this issue. If I had known the process would be such a hassle, I would never have switched.
Currently, I can receive calls on both phones, but iMessage isn't activating on either. Some messages come to my old phone, while others go to the new one.
Can anyone here share some tips on what I can do to fix this ASAP?
The line is still active with ATT, I provided all the required information to Verizon on Thursday.
