I have been a loyal customer over 17 years and verizon just increased my bill because I have too many lines. They state that because I have more than 4 lines of serivce they are going to increase the amount I pay them.
I don't understand, I bring more business to you by adding my family to the plan and I get penelized? Also, because I did not pay for my device upfront and instead traded in my old phones, I am not able to cancel my contract and go somewhere else because I will lose my device payment credits.
To add insult to injury, they state, chat is the quickest option to discuss this, however, when I select chat to talk about my bill I am presented with "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again in a moment."
This is ourtrageous that they they are able to increase my bill whenever they want but if I want to cancel my contract and go somewhere else I am penelized and have to come up with $$...
