I signed up for the Netflix/ Max perk about 2 weeks ago.. I followed the instructions to setup and had no issue with Netflix. Max, however, will not link between Verizon and Max. When I try to login into the Max app or browser and enter my Verizon password, it says “Max HBO subscription required”. I have called Verizon multiple times who keep referring it to IT. They cannot find a solution even though it says Max is linked to my account. I called Max multiple times and they always say it’s a Verizon issue and only Verizon can fix it. I have seen others post about this but have not seen a solution. Any help or tips would be appreciated! So frustrating!
