Call filter not working as expected

I have the call filter set to block all calls (low to high risk) and to not allow voicemails… but I keep getting calls and voicemails. Granted, the number has gone down considerably since I enrolled but it’s weird that some sneak through. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

We know that it's never fun to have to deal with unwanted calls. Have you tried looking into the options to block the calls individually as they come through? If that isn't helping, we can always look at the options to change your number as well.

Spammers are always finding ways to get around filtering apps. If the unwanted calls are coming from spoofed numbers, they change the number every few days, so blocking all unwanted calls is unlikely. Other than blocking individual numbers, you could try some 3rd party anti-spam apps, reporting junk calls to the FCC, setting your phone to block all calls from unknown numbers (that's risky because you'll also be missing legitimate calls if they aren't in your contact list), or setting a routine on your phone where it goes into sleep mode so you don't get disturbed at certain times of the day.
