When you're logged into My Verizon, go to the section which says "Available Balance" and use the "Add Funds" button. Note that local taxes and fees will be added onto whatever you choose to load, although the available balance will only display the base amount without the taxes/fees. The transaction on your bank's side will show the full amount including taxes/fees.
