I have been with Verizon for over 13 years and up until today. I’ve had a great experience with customer service both online and over the phone. Today I spoke to Charla in the chat, who basically accused me of sending back an empty box when I was returning my device. She also accused her own colleagues of lying to me so that they could get me out of the chat. I even had one of the previous representatives email me telling me they had received the device and I would get credit on my next bill. she had horrible customer service and didn’t find any way to help me even though I clearly sent back the device and there is proof of it on the UPS website. If you get Charla the next time you chat with a Verizon rep and the chat immediately and get another representative.
