Has anyone ever experienced the following, if so, what was your resolution?
Purchased phone at a non authorized dealer. (Did not realize until I went to return)
Phone was activated with a pin I told agent. I did not access the new phone in the store.. (This was being used as 5th line)
I wasn't feeling well, went straight home and turned very sick for approximately 1 week.
I turned on phone entered my pin.. to no avail incorrect pin. Long story short, I called the store, then to customer service 20+ times. Finally, I received claim to go to assuring. Within 30 mins was told they could not master reset the phone. I'd need a new phone. I asked that the representative notate this in my account in their notes system.. I was reassured several times everything was notated.
In the meantime, (were going on to 8 to 9 months) I'm paying for a phone that has never been used, the unlimited premium line (in order to receive the discount) basically an extra 89$ a month for nothing.
Oh, they were so nice to offer a refurbished phone... REALLY. I PURCHASED A NEW PHONE. Is it too much to ask?... I've had V for over 18 years and there's absolutely nothing they can do.. Does Anyone have any positive suggestions? Please help!!
