On mar 3rd , I was having trouble with internet as my hardwired computer was running with very low speeds .
I called Verizon and spoke to someone who ran diagnostics.
I further told them that my wifi is terrible and we do not receive wifi service in upper part of my home . They advised me to purchase an extender . I have been experiencing this issue for over a year since we purchased Verizon.
I told him I would like to escalate this further and on mar 3rd , 4:44pm est, a call from a supervisor came in who apologized for this issue and offered me 2 free extenders along with installation and partial refund on my bill. He scheduled an appointment for me for coming Saturday mar 8th.
When no one showed up on mar 8th. I called and chatted and no one could find any scheduled appointment. I escalated that further and after the investigation they are telling me they do not have any tracked of that supervisor's call. They were able to pull up my conversation with agent but couldn't pull my that call where a supervisor ( member of leadership) promised me those things . They denied my request as no record was found
This is so painful and I feel like i was treated as a joke by Verizon such a big company. It's just ridiculous and so convenient for Verizon, how they were not able to pull up just that call. I want everything that I was offered . Here is a screen shot of that call that lasted abt 6minutes long. Verizon support is not respecting me enough and not willing to provide me what I was offered. that person should be held accountable for what they had promised. They are sitting as a member of leader ship. Verizon should cover for their employees error and provide the things promised to me . I am paying so much money for this slow service and no one is willing to help.
