AUTO PAY - I WANT ANSWERS

There was no consent document on the linking of bank account specifics after I just signed up for auto pay and getting to briefly read some of the verbiage. Verizon now has access to my bank account to view all my transactions!!?? AND WHAT ELSE?? I'm beginning to think Verizon is the EVIL!! They have the best coverage and have America by the short hairs!!

It is just as simple as calling Customer Service and asked to have your information removed, in order for you to add Autopay you have to agree with term and conditions and even after that you also have to add paperless billing to get the discount, agents at the store or over the phone are prohibited to setup the APO for you due to company policies.
