Why am I getting a notice with the new statement that says to take action to return the old equipment to avoid charges of up to 375 per unit ?
Why can't I get a straight answer for this ? it seems to change depending of who you ask like not everyone knows what the real answer is
First I was told I must return them than I pointed out that on the welcome envelope it says there is no charge if the equipment is not returned so I got an apology for for providing wrong information then I get my statement which has a warning of a charge if the equipment is not returned
Also another lie
This upgrade was supposed to be because the old system is no longer supported and supposedly it will be free
but according to the bill there is an additional charge of $5 for the new system
