I have been a Verizon customer for 30+ years and have always been satisfied. Verizon has always been extremely helpful with any issue I have had – which I have not had very many – as a residential customer. As a business customer – the tables definitely turned.
How do you go from a $200 a month bill for two phones and internet to a bill for $1903 for January and again for February - stating that we went over on data. Nothing has changed. We have no gaming equipment - just two tv's.
We have never gone over our data previously but all of a sudden we did?????
Can someone help me figure this out because Verizon is not willing to do so.
I am being told that I have to come up with $1600 by March 27th or they will shut my services off. So then next month will be the same issue.
I was the biggest fan of Verizon but I am totally wanting to walk away.
