Hello, I am waiting for the March 2025 Update for the Galaxy S25 Ultra on Verizon which in Verizon's terms, is System Update 2. I wonder if it will be more than a security update because I want bug fixes and improved features that are seen in One UI 7 Beta.
One UI 7 Beta has a newer build than the Galaxy S25 Series because they have a newer charging animation for the battery icon which is smooth and has a jiggle animation as well, meanwhile, the S25 Series version is not smooth at all.
I know that the S25 Series is still new but it is about time for a bigger update so bugs and improved features can be applied.
Now this is also a compare-to-Beta post, so I will list the features and improvements Beta has that the S25 does not have yet.
1. Smoother charging animation for the battery icon with jiggle physics for added smoothness (applied for Beta 4)
2. Media Player in Notification Panel (applied for Beta 5)
3. Wider battery icon (applied for Beta 1, still there for Beta 5)
4. Overall a newer experience
The S25 Series is yet to get these improvements and there is this "Ocean Mode" for the camera that the S25 Series is also yet to receive.
