I applied for a nurses discount with my significant other being a nurse. I had a $40 month loyalty discount that went away when I applied the $25 nurses discount. There was no indication that I would lose the loyalty discount by doing this. It even says on the discount page for nurses that it combinable with other offers. I was trying to save more money, not pay more or be punished for making a wrong choice. I contacted support and was told there was absolutely nothing they could do. I will be considering a shop to other providers because of this. Absolutely frustrating service experience!
