My 10 dollar auto paying discount is not applying although on my verizon account it says it is applied. I was overcharged for half a year and when I call customer support the automation just hangs up and never finds me an actual human customer support agent. I called within working hours and tried everything I've found online like pressing zeros and fours, but the automation just hangs up. It's almost as if they actively try to prevent you from speaking to a real person.
