The new Verizon LTE signal booster sent to replace the old one has worked ok for over a year. Of course after the warranty runs out the thing completely fails. I'm out in the country with no cell service and wifi calling isn't great. Called Verison tech support and they were of no help and just told me to use wifi calling of pay the $250 to replace since it was out of warranty. The screen is completely black and the little white light looks to be blinking SOS. Resets aren't doing anything and the screen still is black. Why am I paying Verizon so much monthly for this level of care?
