A Verizon pole is leaning which is causing the Xfinity cable lines to droop very low. Xfinity will not touch the lines until the pole is straightened. Who do I contact to take care of this matter.
I don't see a way to edit my post but after 4 phone calls to various Verizon numbers and being on hold for over 25 minutes total, I finally spoke with an engineer [accidentally] Thank goodness he took the time to find a local Western PA person that specifically deals with poles. He gave me her direct number and she said she will take care of getting the order in place.
It's so frustrating for customers not to have access to the correct numbers to avoid all these middle men that basically know nothing.
