Why can't I pay my bill online ?

Why does that payment have to be made so complicated ?Instead of logging in to pay my bill I get some nonsense to link my services and no other choice I don't want to link anything I just want to pay the bill instead of getting the runaround to different sign ins

If you have no services showing up in your My Verizon account and are getting a message saying something about "getting a full experience when your service is active" or some such, then what happened is you got a guest account instead of a "real" one. I'd try to re-register on My Verizon as if you'd never created an account before, using either your Verizon phone number or user ID. If the system refuses to let you make another account, a Verizon agent will have to delete your guest account, then you can sign back up again for a "real" account.

In the meantime, there are other ways to pay your bill without logging into My Verizon - you can do a search on the Verizon website for "pay bill" to see assorted options, but there's a one-time bill pay site:
